1. Full series of modular structure: the wiring accessories in the control cabinet are designed into a series of products with modular structure, including signal input and output, power distribution, etc. standard installation dimensions are adopted, components and parts are arranged transparently, the indication is clear at a glance, beautiful and fast.

3. Simplified design and wiring: the jumper on the board is used to solve the difference and complexity of wiring between external equipment and system card. Signal transmission and power supply are cleverly and organically integrated. The same card can connect different types of instruments and signals. Only changing the jumper on the board can reduce the line nodes. The construction drawings in the panel are simplified into simple tables, which reduces the dependence of complex lines on the drawings, and completely simplifies the design of construction drawings and the process of wiring in the panel.

4. Omitting the terminal block: the plug-in terminal block equipped with the external terminal block can facilitate the terminal maintenance, and the terminal block can be replaced without removing the wiring. Spring terminals are characterized by fast connection, reliable crimping and low failure rate. 1 ~ 2.5mm2 conductor can be directly connected to terminal board without special terminal block. Special interface shall be used for internal terminal, and special cable shall be used for quick plugging with PLC or DCS.

5. All round protection, no disconnection and stop of meter, omitting power distribution switch, avoiding misoperation: all signal circuits are equipped with convenient insurance to provide all-round security, and users do not need to separately equip power distribution switch and insurance terminal for external equipment. It solves the problem of stop meter of peripheral instrument of DCS and PLC system in particular. It is quick, efficient, safe and reliable to prevent wrong connection as long as the external equipment is pulled out and the wire is not removed for maintenance and removal. The power circuit adopts over-voltage, over-current and reverse connection protection measures to ensure the safe operation of system equipment.
