The design of some structures will be affected by the type of plastic material, and the uniformity of insulation shell structure will affect the die. The inserts on the front die and the back die should avoid the phenomenon of opposite insertion. As a product design engineer, if only considering the function and standard of the product, it will lead to the normal production and appearance of the die. In addition, the molding process of the injection molding machine should be considered. The influence of this aspect is also very important, which is related to the later injection temperature, molding time, mold locking force, injection speed, etc.
One or more of the following methods can be used to identify the equipment power terminal board and specific wire terminals.
1. The marking system of relevant products is used to determine and identify the actual or relative position of the power terminal board or specific wire terminal of the equipment.
2. Use the marking system of related products to determine and identify the color marking of power terminal board and specific wire terminal of equipment.
3. Adopt the graphic symbols specified in gb5465. If auxiliary symbols are required, they shall be consistent with the figures in gb4728.
4. The alphanumeric symbols specified in Chapter 5 of this standard shall be used.
